How often will you clean our building?
We’ll design a schedule based on your building’s usage, traffic, occupancy and budget. Most multi-family properties have daily common-area cleaning; offices may have overnight or day-porter programs; schools often have after-hours deep cleans. We’ll review with you and adjust as needed.
Are you insured/bonded?
Yes. I & N Cleaning is fully insured, bonded, and our teams undergo background checks and vetting. We supply proof of insurance and can include certificates on request.
What happens if a tenant/resident complains?
We have a dedicated client-service line and field supervisor available. We respond promptly, investigate the issue, rectify it, and update you within 24 hours.
Do you use green or non-toxic products?
Yes. We offer environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for residents, students, staff and building occupants.
Can you accommodate special events or overnight schedules?
Absolutely. We work 24/7 and can schedule cleaning during after-hours, weekends, holiday periods, and coordinate with your events or tenant moves.
How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us via phone or fill out our “Request a Quote” form. We’ll schedule a free site visit, assess your building and send a custom proposal within 2 days.
What type of contract is required?
We offer flexible contract terms. Our goal is to earn your business through performance, so we often start with a 12-month agreement with performance metrics and a renewal option.
